Great service! No "we are experiencing a higher than usual call volume" message, it was a short wait time and then put through to an Australian call centre. Both ladies I dealt with were speedy and professional. Swann has fantastic rates on motorbike insurance too BTW.

I called Swan to cancel my trade in motorcycle insurance, thinking they no longer offered new motorcycle insurance. Neha, the agent I spoke with, kindly asked if I’d like to continue the policy and clarified that Swan still provides insurance for existing customers. I’m so glad she did—turns out I’ll be saving money compared to other providers! Neha was helpful, proactive, and made the whole process easy. Five stars for her, no doubt!

I have had motorbike insurance with Swan for a long time. Was doing an upgrade for my next motorcycle. The ladies are very polite and able to answer all questions. Excellent value and good service. I had to ride home in the wet.

Always super helpful when on the phone to customer service, matters resolved promptly. Have made a claim in 2019 I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and fast resolution after a total loss accident. I had my money with in 12 days of the incident and another motorcycle within 3 weeks. Process was completely transparent and I was kept well informed
